Toddler's and Tiaras shows pageant children caked in makeup, wearing dresses that can cost more than their mothers wedding dresses. Many people look down upon pageant girls, but that is the origin of Rosie. Rosie was the typical girl that you'd see coming into first period twenty minutes late, hair stylishly windblown with a starbucks cup in hand. Rosie was the daughter of the owner of a construction company, and her mother was the inventor of some pointless product advertised in the same slot as the Snuggie and Slushee Magic. The family was set, and Rosie was spoiled - but in no way bitchy about it. Instead, she is a lively, bubbly girl. She is booksmart, but is incredibly naive. At the age of twenty-one, she finally got up the courage to ask her father to buy her a house in Los Angeles, to pursue the dream she'd always had of acting.
