She was an only child, so her parents spoiled her, giving her all the attention she wanted. They didn't have that much money but they had enough to live comfortably. When she was six, her parents noticed some of the things she did that were a little strange. She would wash her hands about three times after doing some things, she would throw tantrums if her room wasn't cleaned perfectly before she went to bed, and she hated to get dirty. She developed several other weird traits and it just got worse as she got older. When she was fifteen she started to try and attend an online school because she refused to school, saying it was too dirty. Her parents finally had enough and took her to see a doctor. The doctor said that she suffered from OCD and she was put on medication. The medicine started to kick in and help her get over some of her worst habits and she was able to go back to a semi-normal life. She couldn't return to school because she was completely embarrassed about her issues. Maya still had to cleanse most stuff before she used it and felt the need to keep everything clean and had to make herself look as good as she could otherwise she would be twitchy and nervous when doing other things. When she was sixteen she began posting videos of herself singing online. She had a really good voice and seemed to be getting good reviews in the few comments she got. She posted one video a week(friday at exactly seven o clock, if possible) and finally it paid off. She was noticed and she was taken to meet a few other girls, to form a band with them. She felt accepted by the other girls and was happy. |
